INGREDIENTS
- 100 g pre-cooked chicken breast
- 50 g cucumber
- 50 g celery stalk
- 25 g spring onion greens
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill (or ½ teaspoon dried)
- 50 g low-fat yogurt (0% fat)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 slice sourdough bread (100 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, cut the pre-cooked chicken breast, cucumber, and celery stalk into small cubes of the same size. Finely chop the spring onion greens and dill.
- 2Then place all the chopped ingredients into a small bowl, add yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix.
- 3Spread the finished salad on a slice of sourdough bread and serve.
