INGREDIENTS
- 5 g fresh chives
- 3 leaves fresh mint
- 1 handful fresh basil (approx. 5 g)
- 1 small cucumber (approx. 200 g)
- 100 g fresh goat cheese
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 8 slices whole grain toast bread (8× 20 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, finely chop the chives, mint, and basil. Peel the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds.
- 2Then prepare the spread: In a small bowl, combine goat cheese, quark, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper, and mix everything together.
- 3Next, prepare four slices of toast bread, spread the mixture evenly on each, add cucumber slices, and top with the remaining bread. Finally, cut the resulting sandwiches diagonally in half and serve.
