Ingredients

  • 130 g whole grain spelt flour
  • 150 g whole oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 60 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 200 g plain yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g honey
  • 2 tablespoons rapeseed or sunflower oil
  • 100 g frozen blueberries

Instructions

    First, start preheating the oven to 180 °C and prepare a baking dish (10 cm × 15 cm) lined with baking paper.

    In a larger bowl, mix spelt flour with oats and baking powder. Add milk, yogurt, 2 eggs, honey, and 2 tablespoons of oil, and mix everything into a smooth batter. Carefully fold in the blueberries and then pour the contents of the bowl into the prepared dish.

    Place the dish with the batter into the preheated oven and bake for 40⁠–⁠45 minutes at 175⁠–⁠180 °C.

    Cut the baked cake into squares and serve.
