  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • A handful of walnuts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 240 g of whole grain spaghetti

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the package.

    In the meantime, while the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the sauce. Remove the skin and pit from the avocados and blend them together with olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.

    Mix the sauce with the drained spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper and serve with basil leaves and walnuts.
