INGREDIENTS
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Fresh basil leaves
- A handful of walnuts
- Salt
- Pepper
- 240 g of whole grain spaghetti
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
- 2In the meantime, while the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the sauce. Remove the skin and pit from the avocados and blend them together with olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
- 3Mix the sauce with the drained spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper and serve with basil leaves and walnuts.
