INGREDIENTS
- 400 g raw potatoes (cooking type C)
- 3 salmon fillets with skin (3× 150 g)
- 200 g green beans (frozen can be used)
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
INGREDIENTS FOR GARLIC BUTTER
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon dried dill (optional)
- Zest from ½ small lemon (finely grated) + juice from ½ small lemon

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, preheat the oven to 190–195 °C and prepare a baking dish (20 cm × 30 cm), lining it with baking paper.
- 2Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes approximately 2 cm × 2 cm in size. Transfer the chopped potatoes to the prepared baking dish, season with salt and pepper, place in the oven, and bake for 15–20 minutes at 190–195 °C.
- 3Meanwhile, prepare the garlic butter: Peel the garlic, finely grate it into a small bowl, and mix with melted butter, dried dill, and lemon zest and juice. Then, wash and clean the salmon, and season each fillet with salt and pepper.
- 4Once the potatoes are baked, remove the baking dish from the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 170–175 °C. Add the green beans to the dish with the potatoes, pour in half of the garlic butter, and mix. Then, place the salmon fillets on top of the vegetables, brushing them with the remaining butter. Return the dish to the oven and bake for 12–14 minutes at 170–175 °C. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley.
- 5After baking, sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley, divide into 3 portions, and serve.
