INGREDIENTS
- 150 g semi-skimmed curd
- 40 g grated coconut (+ 20 g for coating)
- 10 g honey
- 20 g blanched almonds (finely ground) + 10 whole almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a bowl, mix curd, coconut, ground almonds, and honey. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 2From the chilled dough, shape balls with your hands. Incorporate 1 almond into each ball and then coat the ball in grated coconut.
- 3Place the finished balls in the refrigerator to cool for at least 5 minutes.
- 4Always store the balls in the refrigerator, where they will last for about 1 week.
