- 2 larger ripe bananas
- 250 ml cow's semi-skimmed milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 25 g cornstarch
- 20 g honey

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare a larger saucepan. Peel the bananas and add them with 200 ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of turmeric to the saucepan. Blend everything with a hand blender until smooth, then slowly bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 2Meanwhile, whisk the cornstarch into the remaining 50 ml of milk. Once the mixture in the saucepan starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and add the remaining milk mixed with starch and honey. Stir constantly until the pudding thickens (1–2 minutes).
- 3Pour the finished pudding into glasses or bowls and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Tip
You can also sprinkle the pudding
with ground cinnamon or Dutch cocoa.
