First, cook the rice: Pour 300 ml of water into a small pot, add the rice, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 20–25 minutes (or according to the time indicated on the package).
Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cherry tomatoes, and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and cumin. Stir and sauté for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. After the specified time, turn off the heat and leave the meat mixture in the pan until the rice is cooked. Then, slice the black olives thinly, add them to the meat mixture along with the rice, and mix.
Next, slice the cucumber thinly, place it in a bowl along with the feta cheese, onion, yogurt, salt, and pepper, and mix everything.
