INGREDIENTS
- 150 g raw potatoes (cooking type A)
- 300 g pre-cooked shredded chicken (preferably breast)
- 200 g broccoli (finely chopped)
- 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 80 g cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 20 g finely grated Edam cheese (20% fat)
- 100 g Greek yogurt (0% fat)
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 195–200 °C and line a larger baking dish (approximately 25 cm × 30 cm) with baking paper. Also prepare a larger bowl.
- 2Thoroughly wash the potatoes with their skins, dry them, and cut them into thin slices. Place them in the bowl along with the chicken and broccoli. Then add milk, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Edam cheese, and Greek yogurt to the mixture and mix everything together. Place the resulting mixture into the baking dish and bake for 40–42 minutes at 195–200 °C.
- 3After baking, remove the dish from the oven, divide into portions, and serve.
