  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Fresh basil

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

    Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sauté the chicken breasts on both sides in 1 teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan and set aside. Add a little more oil to the pan and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic. Then add the tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, and chopped basil. Simmer the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and place the chicken breasts in it.

    Place the pan in the oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the meat). For the last 5 minutes, place the sliced mozzarella on the breasts.
