INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Heinz ketchup

INGREDIENTS FOR THE BASE

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 250 g grated cheese

INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPPING

  • 125 g mozzarella cheese
  • 11 slices of peppers
  • 60 g sliced mushrooms (sautéed)
  • ¼ red onion (sliced)
  • ¼ green bell pepper (sliced)

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

    In a bowl, mix the pizza sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside.

    In a large pan, melt the butter. Place one tortilla in the pan with the melted butter and spread an even layer of cheese on it. Place the second tortilla on top. Once the bottom layer is golden brown, flip and brown the other side.

    Pour a layer of pizza sauce on the top browned side, add the toppings, and bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes until golden.
