INGREDIENTS
- 400 g chicken breasts
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 800 ml chicken broth
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 350 g pasta (penne)
- 200 g Parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Sauté the chicken on oil and add crushed garlic. Sauté together for a while and pour in the broth and cream.
- 2Add the raw pasta, stir, and cook covered over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta softens.
- 3Then remove the pot from the heat, add the Parmesan, and stir until it is completely melted. Serve immediately.
