INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g chicken breasts
  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 800 ml chicken broth
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 350 g pasta (penne)
  • 200 g Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Sauté the chicken on oil and add crushed garlic. Sauté together for a while and pour in the broth and cream.

    Add the raw pasta, stir, and cook covered over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta softens.

    Then remove the pot from the heat, add the Parmesan, and stir until it is completely melted. Serve immediately.
