- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Pulled pork
- 4x hamburger bun
INSTRUCTIONS FOR BBQ SAUCE
- 1Put all ingredients into a pot and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- 2Stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COLESLAW
- 1First, clean the white cabbage and cut it into strips about 2 mm wide with a bread knife.
- 2Transfer the cabbage to a larger bowl. Then sprinkle the cabbage with 1 teaspoon of salt and knead the cabbage strips with both hands for about 1 minute until they soften. Then let the cabbage rest for at least 2-3 minutes to release more water.
- 3Then place the cabbage strips into a kitchen sieve and squeeze them firmly again.
- 4Then return the cabbage to the bowl, peel the carrots and grate them finely. Peel the onion and chop it into fine cubes. Add both to the bowl with the cabbage.
- 5For the coleslaw dressing, whisk together in a small bowl: sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, sugar, mustard, ½ teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of ground black pepper.
- 6Mix the coleslaw dressing with the prepared cabbage.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLING THE BURGER
- 1Cut the hamburger bun in half and spread one half with BBQ sauce. Then add the pulled pork (heated). Place a desired amount of coleslaw on top of the meat. Cover with the other half of the bun and serve.
