INGREDIENTS
- 4 sausages
- 4 hot dog buns
- 200 g chopped cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Ketchup to taste
- Mustard to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- 2Grill the sausages until done, usually about 7 minutes, turning frequently.
- 3Meanwhile, toast the buns on the grill until lightly golden.
- 4Serve immediately while the cheese is still warm and melted.
- 5Place the cooked sausages in the buns. Sprinkle with chopped cheddar cheese and chopped onion. Add ketchup and mustard to taste.
